SMS Messaging Policy

For consumers:If you received an SMS from a Streamsynq-powered AI assistant, you opted in by submitting an inquiry on a real estate website (Realtor.com, Zillow, an MLS / IDX site, or a realtor's own form). You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates apply.

1. About Streamsynq SMS

Streamsynq is a software platform used by licensed real estate agents to respond to consumer inquiries about properties. When a consumer submits an inquiry through a real estate lead source — for example, Realtor.com, Zillow, an IDX-enabled agent website, or a Multiple Listing Service form — the realtor may use Streamsynq to send an automated AI-assisted SMS reply on their behalf.

All SMS messaging through Streamsynq is registered under the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC framework with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and complies with carrier rules established by AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular.

2. How consumers consent

Consent is collected at the original lead source — not by Streamsynq directly. When a consumer submits a real estate inquiry, the lead source's form includes language disclosing that the consumer may be contacted by SMS, voice, and email regarding their inquiry. By submitting the form, the consumer provides prior express written consent as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227(b)).

Streamsynq customers (the realtors) are contractually obligated under our Terms of Service to ensure proper consent has been collected before submitting any lead to Streamsynq.

3. What kind of messages we send

  • Initial follow-up after a property inquiry
  • Two-way conversational messaging (AI-assisted) about specific properties
  • Showing scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Property recommendations responsive to a consumer's stated criteria
  • Hand-off notifications when a human realtor is taking over the conversation

We do not send:

  • Promotional bulk messaging
  • Marketing for products other than real estate services
  • Affiliate links or third-party advertising
  • Messages outside the scope of the consumer's original inquiry

4. Opt-out: STOP

At any time, a consumer can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. Carriers handle opt-out at the network level — once you reply STOP, our system receives an opt-out notification and ceases all messaging to your number from that realtor's Streamsynq account.

After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from [Realtor]'s messages. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent.

To resume receiving messages, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.

5. Help: HELP

Reply HELP or INFO to any message and you will receive a response identifying the realtor whose AI is texting you and providing contact information for support.

6. Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Typical AI-assisted threads involve 2–8 messages per inquiry. You will not receive more than 30 messages per month from a single Streamsynq-connected realtor without explicitly engaging with them.

7. Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Streamsynq does not charge consumers for receiving messages.

8. Carrier and AI disclosure

AI-generated messages from Streamsynq begin with a brief disclosure identifying the realtor on whose behalf the AI is communicating. For example: "Hi Sarah, this is Mike Johnson's AI assistant — saw you inquired about [property]." This disclosure complies with growing state-level AI disclosure requirements (including pending legislation in California and Florida).

9. Supported carriers

Streamsynq SMS works with all major US carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers and MVNOs (Cricket, Boost, Mint, Visible, Google Fi, etc.).

10. Privacy

Message content is processed by Anthropic Claude (an enterprise AI model) to generate appropriate responses. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Message history is stored in Streamsynq's database for the realtor's reference, encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Streamsynq-connected realtor is sending you messages without proper consent, or in violation of TCPA, please report it to: abuse@streamsynq.io. Include the realtor's name (if known), the phone number that texted you, and the date/time of the messages. We investigate every report within 5 business days and will suspend any account in violation.
