Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary:Streamsynq is a software platform sold to licensed real estate agents. We process two kinds of data — our customers (the realtors) and their leads (consumers who inquire about properties). We use this data only to make the AI inside-sales workflow function. We don't sell data, and consumers can opt out of all communication at any time.

1. Who we are

Streamsynq, LLC ("Streamsynq," "we," "us") operates the Streamsynq platform at streamsynq.io. We are a software-as-a-service provider for licensed real estate professionals. Our principal place of business is Land O' Lakes, Florida, United States.

2. Two categories of data subjects

Customers (realtors)

When a licensed real estate agent signs up for Streamsynq, we collect: name, email, phone, brokerage, market region, billing address, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and the API credentials for third-party services they choose to connect (CRM, MLS, voice, SMS providers). Connected credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

Leads (consumers our customers serve)

When one of our customers receives a lead from their lead sources (Realtor.com, Zillow, IDX websites, etc.), that lead's contact data is sent to Streamsynq for processing. This includes: name, phone, email, property of interest, and the original inquiry text. We act as a service provider on behalf of the realtor — the realtor remains the controller of their leads' data.

3. What we do with the data

For customers, we use the data to:

  • Provide the Streamsynq service (account, billing, support)
  • Send transactional email (welcome, billing, security)
  • Operate the AI orchestration that routes calls and replies on the realtor's behalf

For leads, we use the data only to:

  • Place the initial AI voice call within seconds of the inquiry
  • Respond to inbound SMS messages with AI-generated replies relevant to the property inquiry
  • Pass qualified leads + transcripts back to the realtor
  • Store conversation history so the realtor can review what was discussed

We do not sell, rent, or share lead or customer data with any third party for marketing purposes. Period.

4. AI processing disclosure

Streamsynq uses third-party AI models — currently Anthropic Claude for SMS conversation generation and Retell AI for voice conversation. These vendors process the message body and call audio in order to generate responses. Both vendors are bound by their own enterprise data-processing agreements, which prohibit using customer data to train their models. Audio recordings of AI calls are retained per the realtor's configured retention policy, default 90 days.

5. SMS-specific consent and opt-out

Streamsynq sends SMS only to leads who have provided prior express consent through the realtor's lead-capture flow (typically a checkbox on a Realtor.com / Zillow / IDX inquiry form). Consumers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP to receive support contact information. Standard message and data rates apply per your carrier. See our SMS Policy for details.

6. Voice call recording disclosure

Streamsynq AI calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. The AI agent discloses this verbally at the start of every call ("This call may be recorded"). Florida is a two-party consent state — the consumer's continued participation in the call after this disclosure constitutes implied consent under Florida Statute § 934.03.

7. Data retention

  • Active customer account data: retained for the life of the account + 90 days after cancellation
  • Lead data: retained per the realtor's configured policy, default 2 years
  • Call recordings: 90 days default
  • SMS message history: retained for the life of the conversation thread
  • Billing records: 7 years (US tax law requirement)

8. Your rights

For customers

You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time by visiting Settings, or by emailing privacy@streamsynq.io. Account deletion takes effect within 30 days.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell), and not face discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests to privacy@streamsynq.io.

For leads

If you are a consumer who interacted with a Streamsynq AI agent and want your data removed, contact the realtor whose AI you spoke with — they are the controller. If you cannot reach them, email privacy@streamsynq.io with the phone number you used and we will route the request.

9. Security

  • All traffic encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3
  • Database encrypted at rest (AES-256)
  • Stored vendor API credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • Row-Level Security policies enforce per-customer data isolation in our database
  • Webhook signatures verified with HMAC-SHA256 to prevent spoofed events
  • No PCI scope — all card data handled by Stripe

10. Subprocessors

We use the following service providers (subprocessors) to operate Streamsynq:

  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — Claude AI for SMS conversation generation
  • Retell AI — voice AI orchestration
  • Twilio — telephone numbers, SMS delivery
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Repliers (when configured) — MLS listing data
  • Follow Up Boss / kvCORE / GoHighLevel (when customer connects) — CRM sync

11. Children

Streamsynq is a B2B service for real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and applicable laws evolve. Material changes will be sent to active customers via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
