How we measure

Every webhook + cron run logs a row to webhook_logs with source, event type, and status. We classify a subsystem as degraded at >2% failure and downat >10% failure. Twilio, Retell, and Resend handle their own infrastructure uptime — those numbers track our integration health, not the underlying carrier.
